I recently stayed at this hotel for work and extended my stay for one extra night through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations. The front desk staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, from my initial check-in to the unnecessary process of checking in again for my last night, even after I requested to connect my reservations. I was assured this wouldn’t be an issue, yet I still had to get a new key, which felt disorganized and avoidable.
When I sought assistance during my stay, the staff’s dismissive and snappy attitude made it clear they weren’t interested in providing quality service. Even simple requests, like asking about bell services, were met with impatience rather than help.
Adding to the disappointment, the hotel itself felt dated, and the amenities and options were very limited. For a hospitality business, the service was seriously lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel and will advise my company to avoid rebooking here for future stays.
