Overll good, byt something was missing, there service wasnt as genuine as one would have like to have. the smile was missing. Sometimes you felt like you were disturbing, when you asked for things that are obvious with other hotels. Distance between room and pool e.g was quite long. Breakfast was good but I missed omelettes and smoothies, green shots, and a juice variety, 3+, a 4 if service , by asking more how things are. The best was the beds and the Japanese restaurant. The pools opened first at 11 which is strange. Disappointed by the lack of light in the beach restaurant, hard to see what you were eating. Late in the season , but it all felt a little tired. Coffe and water should have been replaced autimatically. I am basically satisfied but they could easily have got a better rating from me. Also missing an ATM in the hotel as no one was near by.
