Poor value for money. Poor customer service
I have been staying at Hilton all over the world, and had good experiences everywhere except at this hotel. Stayed at the ball drop corner room, 500usd per night/10 nights. Honeymoon trip and it was known by the receptionist checking me in. No congratulations, Not even a smile, or asking how our trip was, not even a simple welcome. Once I got to our room, not even a small paper mentioning about our honeymoon. I do not recommend this hotel for people celebrating Honeymoon or Anniversaries. Each staff (3 of them) I interacted with in the reception did not even smile. Cold behaviour with an attitude. I have never experienced such behaviour at any hotel around the world. They are definitely not graduated in Hotel management, and its a shame for the Hilton brand. The hotel Gym was very small. The room had an iron but no iron board. The sheets had holes in it. I had room cleaning and even after that the sheets had holes again. I took pictures and informed the reception. They were not even surprised about it from their reaction, but arranged for the sheets to be changed. I think it is a common issue at the hotel as they acted like it was nothing. Even the quilt had big brown stains, but they never changed that. Rooms are not sound proof, nor the windows neither the doors. Bottom line is that the staff needs to be replaced in the reception, or change the star rating of the hotel, because it was not a 4 star hotel, rather a 3 star hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.
