Not worth the money
The room was small. The bathroom was so small i had to step between the tub and toilet to shut the door. The fire extinguisher was missing. Table in the room all the screws to hold the top down were missing and the table was very wobbly. Some kind of black stains partial behind the big mirror

It was a last-minute booking. I wound up with a really nice room at an amazing rate. It was very late at night and I was worried that it might be loud at the room. But it was very quiet and very nice.

Rooms are so.old and need updating. Need different flooring. Terrible air-conditioner/heater unit Rattled loudly all night long even when temp turned down to 65. So disheartened i ever wasted my points as i left a day early and still had to pay 2 days.

The elevator was broken. Carrying luggage up two flights of stairs was difficult. Parking lot lights were not working. Some came to our room shortly after we checked in and opened the door. They had given the room to someone else as well as us.

Did not meet expectations
Got to the hotel past 10pm to check into our room. While walking to our room the hallway appeared and smelled dingy. When we got to our room the window was wide open and the temperature inside it was the same as outside, which was 27°F. It took at least 10 minutes to warm the room up, which is fine, but we had our 3 month old baby with us who had to be wrapped in a blanket until it warmed up. Overall, not impressed with the place, especially since it had an 8.0 rating when I booked a room here.

Not safe
It was dark when we arrived around 7pm, but all the exterior lights on the hotel were off. It was difficult to navigate and it was unsafe as their were groups of kids running around the whole complex. Zero concern for guest safety.. Room was dirty, there was paint all over the curtains and the shower rod was hanging off to the point where it wouldn't close..
