I got a good deal on a Junior Suite for two nights and I made one simple request to get a bath tub. When arriving at the hotel around 2pm, I was asked to wait another 45 minutes because they were cleaning the room. When coming back 45 minutes later, they were still not ready. After 20 minutes, they finally told me it was ready, apologized and said they had upgraded me to a suite (which I had already ordered!). The room itself was mediocre at best. Floors mushy, bathroom tiles had dark spots (mold?), no sound isolation between rooms. The ironer I borrowed was broken with no way to set the heat, and water spilled out all over my shirt. The second ironer had the same problem with the water. After an hour of ironing, I gave up. Asked if they offered ironing service, but no. AC wasn't working either. At that point I lost my temper and told her I have never had a worse experience. She was mildly apologetic and promised to get back to me about switching room, but she never got back to me. Wireless hardly worked in the room, no reception. Etc etc. The following day I got a small bag of chocolate and was asked to contact the reception. I did, but only to hear them ask if my AC was working (they explained that the AC is always turned off this time of the year; I solved it by keeping a window upen until getting to bed). All in all, not a recommended hotel. Plus: the service to have breakfast delivered to your room was free of charge, and they were flexible about the time.
