We came here with last minutes booking, making it in the afternoon around 14.00 on the new years eve and for two nights. I had to make several phone calls to their number to get information where I am supposed to pick the keys. The usual place, restaurant downstairs, was closed. After the first phone call, they promised to send the info but I didn't receive anything. I called again and they said that the info had been sent through Expedia, even though I made a reservation via Hotels.com and therefore I couldn't get any info. We had to pick up keys from the other restaurant downstairs (very nice fish restaurant and super nice personnel) but they did not know that much about anything because they were just doing a favor for 1 night. When in the room I tried to call one more time to the number but the guy answering started to be really unfriendly saying that we should go to the restaurant downstairs (which did not know that much about anything, which I totally understand). So no help from phone number anymore.
The room itself was nice and nicely decorated. However, it was not very clean. I am not usually very picky but shower doors, for example, were not cleaned, cup for the toothbrushes had not been cleaned and was really dirty (which is quite disgusting). The room doesn't have a water cooker which would have been nice and there were no glasses at all, and we had to pick those up from the restaurant. We only got one key. Wifi did not work at all. Expensive for the quality.
