I recently had the displeasure of staying at Traveler's Inn, and I must say, it was an experience I wish upon NO ONE. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with false promises and blatant lies from the manager, whose primary skill seemed to be deception.
First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room - the ROACHES. Despite the manager's assurance that there were no roaches in our room, it didn't take long for the truth to crawl out from under the bed. Not only did we encounter these unwelcome guests, but when I confronted the manager about it, they had the audacity to admit they were aware of the issue. Talk about deceitful practices!
Adding insult to injury, when I demanded a refund through Hotels.com due to the unacceptable conditions and lack of services provided, the manager SHAMELESSLY LIED to the booking platform, claiming everything was up to par. It's crystal clear they prioritized saving face over providing honest customer service.
Speaking of services, what services? We were promised a comfortable stay, but what we got was a horror show. The room was filthy, the amenities were lacking, and the customer service was non-existent. It's appalling that they have the nerve to charge for such subpar accommodations.
In conclusion, my stay at Traveler's Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The manager's lies, coupled with the deplorable conditions and lack of service, made everything shady and upsetting.
