Check in was a disaster as we were caught in (what the front desk clerk described) as a "shift change" and therefore no one knew if our room was ready or not even though we received TWO calls saying it was? Upon check out, our car batter was dead because valet personal left something on in the car. They ended up jumping our car with their truck. Ford conformed our, less than a year old battery, is now fine. A $45 room credit that was supposed to be part of our room package was only applied to ONE drink. Expensive drink! All this to say, beautiful resort with nice location. Just really, really, bad training of staff and poor follow through on service. Not good for the price paid.
