I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The internet went down during my stay and when I reached out to the front desk for assistance, I was quickly pushed to call a helpline with no attempt to troubleshoot the issue. It was later revealed that there was a hotel-wide outage, which could have been communicated more effectively.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff, including the manager Crystal, displayed unprofessional behavior. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was left on hold for over 15 minutes before being told that the manager was "taking out the trash." This lack of respect and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.
Additionally, I was shocked to discover roaches in my room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told that a work order would be put in and someone would follow up with me. However, I have yet to receive any further communication on the matter.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of basic customer service. I would not recommend staying here and I certainly will not be returning. It is important for hotels to prioritize guest satisfaction and this establishment failed to meet even the most basic standards.
