It would have been nice to know the hotel is under construction before booking the stay. It was only one night so we tolerated it. Breakfast advertised when booking but in reality, a "to go" bag was the only option which was disappointing. I know this was due to construction, but had we known all of this in advance, we definitely would have made a different choice.
To add insult to injury, there was no bedspread/comforter on the bed which may have been a good thing in the end. Also, our toilet didn't flush properly and it did stop up. I had to use the men's bathroom -- single stall -- since the women's was locked the whole time. (my husband was in ours) Luckily there was a plunger in the restroom since the toilet stopped up and had to plunge it myself. Took the plunger to our room where I am currently trying to unclog our toilet and avoid throwing up. Yes, I know I could have called staff, but why bother.
Maybe after construction, this may be a nice place but until then, I would definitely discourage staying here unless you are desperate.
