Cleaning of our room the first days were done poorly. They didn't exchange our used glasses or cups and didn't refil the toilet paper. When we first arrived and checked in, we booked time for breakfast, 9am for all of the mornings on our entire stay. On the morning of the 8th July, saturday, the girl that were in the door when we arrived for breakfast, told us that she couldn't find our booking. We explained that we're sure we had booked for 9am. She told us "sorry" and to grab some breakfast to either eat in our room (where there's only one small table and one chair), or in the lobby. We explained to her that this wasn't our fault, and that we shouldn't be punished if we've done everything right. She then told us that the only option, besides eating downstairs in the lobby or in our room, was to wait to 10.30, one and a half hour, to have breakfast in the breakfast room, even though there were many empty tables. We didn't recieve any compensation for this lack of hospitality.
