Dear Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My stay, which lasted three nights, was unfortunately marked by excessive noise and inadequate management response, significantly impacting my experience.
On the first night, I was woken up multiple times by loud banging and talking in the hallway. At approximately 12:30 a.m., I discovered a group of young men playing hockey in the corridor. I kindly asked them to stop, but they continued. I then contacted the front desk, who assured me that they would handle the situation. However, the noise persisted for another 15 minutes, at which point I called again. The response I received was that the staff was trying to locate the coach of the group. It took another 30 minutes before the noise subsided enough for me to fall back asleep.
The following two nights were no better. The same group, now joined by others, continued to be disruptive late into the night. Despite using noise-canceling headphones, I was unable to block out the noise, which persisted well into the early morning hours.
The lack of effective management in addressing these disturbances was disappointing. As a guest, I expect a reasonable level of quiet, particularly during the late-night hours, and I feel that the hotel failed to provide this.
I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address these issues moving forward to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disruptions.
Thanks
