Basically everything was OK except the check-in. I had booked 3 nights, but when I came to the hotel late at night, they had sold my room and were fully booked. They helped me to find another hotel, but were not willing to pay it, since they said that I had not booked with a credit card. Next day they found out that I was right and they were wrong, and they completely reimbursed the other hotel incl. the taxi and apologized. That was decent, but I would have much preferred getting the room in the first place which I HAD BOOKED. Will be interesting to see, if I get my Hotels.com Reward for the first night.
