The staff here are super friendly but honestly, other than that, this place isn’t worth more than 2 stars. We checked in and found super dirty sheets, ripped duvet covers, and an ancient AC that might as well have been an old car engine by the sound of it.
The weekend manager offered us a free dinner which was a nice touch but, in retrospect, we’d rather have paid somewhere else. Again, staff is friendly, but the food was bland and they got our order wrong even though we were just two people. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a pizza even after the wrong food came out... If you do stay here, head into Kuta for your meals (Bazaar, Milk and Bamba are three favourites).
Struggling to find positives other than the staff, but both the massages at the spa and the fitness centre were good. If you’re expecting a 4-star experience you’ll be disappointed.
