Stary at your own risk
The property is in abysmal condition. That's a shame because the Best Western is one of 2 hotels in town. The other is a higher end property so the BW offers a more reasonable price point. The entire property needs to be renovated.
Let's start with the good: the staff is efficient and friendly. They are doing the best they can under the conditions the hotel owners give them.
Now, the reality. The carpet in the rooms are FILTHY. I made the mistake of walking barefoot. The rug was sticky, literally sticky. Disgusting. The breakfast was largely inedible. The eggs had so much water in them, they looked completely uninviting and tasted awful. The poppyseed muffins were old and crusty. The bagels were hard. There was cereal, but no milk.
Again, the staff is doing the best it can.
