I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Although we didn’t raise these issues during our visit as we were celebrating our engagement, I feel it’s important to share our concerns now.
Despite informing the hotel of our engagement, no acknowledgment or gesture was made to celebrate the occasion. Additionally, our check-in experience was frustrating. We arrived at 1:57 PM, only three minutes before the standard check-in time, yet the front desk agent insisted we wait until exactly 2 PM. After stepping away for a brief 2 minutes, we were finally allowed to check in—this felt unnecessarily rigid and frustrating.
Our room was also disappointing, with a view of a flat roof filled with loud ventilation equipment that buzzed constantly. This was not communicated in advance, nor was the fact that parking was valet-only and chargeable. On top of this, we had to call reception multiple times for valet service, and on one morning, we waited 30 minutes for our car.
The stay was further disrupted by loud arguments from other guests in the hallways on both nights, which disturbed our rest.
Overall, this experience fell far below our expectations, especially considering we were celebrating such an important occasion. I would appreciate a response and an acknowledgment of these issues.
