Don't stay here
We had booked a room with two double beds. When we arrive at the hotel, they can only offer a room with only a single double bed. Since we were three people who were going to live there, it became a problem for us.
The clerk offered to cancel the room. But since we arrived late in the evening after 20 hours of travel, that was not an option for us. We ended up having to squeeze into the only bed available. We asked if they could at least give us an extra blanket. But was told there were no extra blankets. The clerk made no effort at all to try to resolve the situation even though they were the ones who could not offer a room with two beds that we had booked. She was snooty and rude.
The room was incredibly worn. smelled musty and was poorly cleaned. Stains on the bed and bedding. Poor standard throughout the facility. The surroundings also felt unsafe to stay in.
We have stayed in many hotels and lodges in the US but this was one of the worst both in terms of treatment and standard. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
