This hotel for the price we paid in Shanghai, should of been all the bells and whistles. While it was good, and nice to say the least, it was not located in the best location. This was our first time to Shanghai so it was important that it was central and in the middle of the city with the ability to get around easily by subway, walking, etc. It is close to the subway (10 minute walk) and there is a lot to see an do around it but if you want to be in the center, then take the other Radisson hotel that is located on Nanjing Road next to the Peoples Square subway station. This other hotel is definitely in the right location with all kinds of walking streets and attractions all around you.
With regards to the hotel itself, we were taken good care of (non-smoking rooms turned out to be difficult to find) and there is a nice bar as well as WIFI, good breakfast buffet, gym, and a great spa area that is open from 6-23 with a dry and wet sauna, 3 different temperature jacuzzi's, and heated pool. The view was not spectacular but the rooms were clean with everything you could expect so the only reason why this hotel did not receive a 5 out of 5 is because the location could of been better. Also, just a tip, no taxi driver seems to know where the hotel is so be sure when visiting to print out the name of the hotel in Chinese with address in Chinese and things should go smoother from the airport (180 CYN - Pudong to Hotel).
