Pros: the location is great, the price is reasonable (and we will find out why later...)
Cons: the room is old - and old is fine as long as it is taken care of, but unfortunately I found black mold in the bathroom, we had to ask for the shower curtain to be replaced because the mildew/bacteria growth smell was very strong... and most importantly, YOU DON'T GET TO CONTROL THE A/C. I've traveled all over the world, but I have never stayed in a hotel where you can't control the temperature. Your only control is how much central A/C air you would allow in the room. I.e. if the hotel decides they would blast heat all night, that is the only option. It doesn't help that the window does not open (not an uncommon thing for highrise hotels) so the room is constantly stuffy and I woke myself up coughing every night. They do provide a humidifier and a fan by request, but given the space in the room (aka very tight), you'll have to sacrifice luggage/watlking room to accommodate for them.
