Convenient but has much room to improve.
The positive:
- Location to beach and convention center
- room was okay with hot strong shower
- bed was comfortable
The negative:
- no facial tissue in room
- one packet for morning coffee, shouldn't have to leave room on second morning to request a packet of coffee or carry it back from dining area.
- darkening drape pull rod was broken off and leaning against the wall.
Breakfast:
- poor excuse for eggs, they had a one inch rubber-like crust and didn't at all resemble scrambled eggs.
- sausages were good
- oatmeal prep was extremely disappointing. no microwave to heat the oatmeal. Had to pour hot water over the pack in the bowl, which didn't soften the oatmeal. Using milk to make the oats is out of the question.
Hall condition:
- some light sconces were not affixed properly
- only elevator had the electronics panel hanging. tired looking at best.
In short, the place was convenient and fine for one or two nights depending upon the price. It would be better if there was a Denny's next door for breakfast.
