Average hotel, the service being below the norm for a Radisson Blu hotel. Most of the staff were in fact helpful and pleasant, but the check-out clerk had an unhelpful, brusque manner. In addition, for some reason guests were treated differently on check-out, some being offered bottled water to take away, others not. This is the only Radisson Blu hotel I have stayed at in which Wifi has not been available free in the rooms, but only in the public areas. Internet access is available free in the rooms through a LAN cable, but that is hardly useful for checking e-mail on a smartphone. Regarding the room, the bathroom had a large glass window, partly but not fully textured to prevent an open view in from the bedroom. This window was lit up not only by the bathroom light, but also by three powerful spotlights in the bedroom when the bathroom light was lit. This made it impossible to use the bathroom at night without disturbing the other person in the bedroom.
