We booked this hotel because of the pool, but we didn't notice until we got the confirmation that they only allow a certain amount of people at the same time (pool area is quite small) and it's by reservation only (was rarely booked in the middle of the day though). I went over the info in the Hotels app afterwards; the info was listed quite far down and not under the "pool" section.
Bus stop is close by, but metro is farther away (closest stations are Marquês de Pombal and Picoas). Hotel is on a hill, so it can be more or less challenging getting there (depending on mobility and luggage). Hotel's transport option was x2-4 the price of Bolt. Metro got us there for less than €2/person.
Nice room size. Bed was ok, but pillows were very uncomfortable. AC was very loud. Door to the hallway was not soundproof, and we could hear conversations outside (and in the bathroom). Sometimes there would be very loud noises from the pipes.
There wasn't any clear information regarding towels. We didn't need them changed every day, but sometimes the dirty towels seemed to just be refolded, which caused us to mix up towels between each other (noticed this because the same stain was on one of the hand towels for 3 days)
Breakfast was extremely disappointing; it's not at all worth €10.50. For that price, you could go to one of the numerous breakfast/brunch places in Lisbon.
Friendly staff, but would definitely not rate this a 4-star hotel. Would've preferred to stay closer to the centre.
