Upon arrival after a long day of travel to get there it was a little frustrating the time it takes to get checked in, then walk the property, and then wait for luggage. After that, the property is beautiful. There was renovations going on to a lot of the rooms and the last two days the main buffet was closed for renovations, which we were looking forward to going to. Bartenders did a great job making drinks, the food was delicious, also used room service which was convenient, took about 45min for breakfast. The butler service was a little lacking. Was supposed to get a bottle menu, pillow menu, and aromatherapy menu for the room. None of this was provided. Not that I needed any of this, it was supposed to be part of the whole experience. Asked for a bottle, and I got it no problem. I just feel bad about having to ask for things like this. Overall would recommend this resort to someone that wants a quiet, relaxing vacation.
