The apartment was quite run down compared to how it looks on the pictures. There was something wrong with the ventilation - a construction error of the building? The windows were damp and plenty of mold grew around the windows. A glass pane was broken and repaired with duct tape.
The apartment was filthy. By far the worst I have ever experienced in a similar establishment. Either the people paid to clean the apartment doesn't do their job properly or the management doesn't spend enough money to assure proper cleaning. The dirt was of the kind that is clearly visible and takes weeks/months to accumulate (but takes at most a few hours to remove, especially considering that the apartment is sparsely decorated and furnished). There was grease on shelves in the kitchen area (the type you get under a cooker hood), crumbs in the drawers, very dirty skirting boards allover, some brown stuff on the floor in the bathroom that I didn't investigate further (possibly feces, maybe skin cream), stains and dirt in cabinets, etc.
The people living in the apartment above ours were moving furniture and singing after midnight. I believe they were not guests of the hotel.
On the positive the beds were comfortable.
