Not great customer experience
Was staying at the Bezel with Global Luxury Suites Miami Worldcenter for a week in January 2024. To begin with, the booking experience, even though it was made through Hotels.com was a complete disaster and a joke. GLSM require full un-redacted copy of your passport AND your Credit Card. Not entirely sure about their security routines in this regard but the feedback was more or less "trust us bro". This is 2024 - not a single residence or hotel (in the world) have a pre-requirement of a fully disclosed passport and credit card.
However, upon arrival and check-in everything worked out great. The residential facilities are very modern throughout, however they are missing out on some important part that increases the experience. They have no pool service in terms of providing towels etc (you should basically bring your own). The gym is nice but the same goes here, no convenience in terms of towels or water. The SPA is the same. There are no changing rooms but only restrooms but strangely combined with a shower. However, no shower in connection with the Jacuzzi or the steam sauna making it a hazard.
The apartment is fully equipped and modern with great views. However, very cheap in terms of providing very limited bathroom amentities as well as only one single use for washer and dishwasher.
The check-out is just a joke - no possibility what so ever to store any luggage. Slow response from customer service and they hate solutions.
The Elser a block away is WAY better.
