We asked for a towel, and more toilet paper. We got 1 extra roll, and the towel never came. Otherwise, we didnt get service everyday because we stayed more than 5 days, they came two days on 5 days.
One of the plusses is that they were helpful when it came to information about the metro, and the airconditioning was alright, but it wasnt that warm anyway. The hallways and elevators looked good and were clean, but I think its really important that a staff takes you seriously when you need something as important as towels. 1 towel is not enough for two people on 3 days, but we made it work.
Was a bus that went to the metro, but you have to buy a new ticket for the metro too, so wasted some money on that, but it was otherwise just a 15 min brisk walk.
The hotel had early closing times on the breakfast, no bar, no pool etc, and expensive on those reasons.
