Terrible unfaithful service
Such a terrible service and discrimination, racism attitude of the receptionist here!
Better avoid booking here if you are not the white peoples or American!
Well, We had checked in on 26th dec around 7 pm
..I travel from Sweden to visit my boyfriend in Maryland and his mother recommended us to stay at this hotel and this is our second stay but I got a really disappointing experience with the receptionist when I asked for the high floor cuz our previously stayed we had it and it was impressed by the previous stays from another staff who more professional.
so this time we expected to receive the same pleasant stay ..At first the receptionist the guy was trying but then a women suddenly interrupted by saying wouldn’t be able! Oh wow Such incredible rude!
And again suddenly acting like she had tried to look up to it for us but just a minute after that she again said unfortunately because we had book from the third party and keep being rude by telling me that next time I have to do that !do this ! to get a better Service!
oh wow! How dare!! I paid for the stay so I deserve service! You don’t ever being bossy to your customers!
..well excuse me ?
You should have know that Last time we made the booking from the third party as well but it was a white and also American man my boyfriend’s name who did book it!
So...I be able to compare and it showed me exactly that this place giving me lower standard service because I’m not an American plus with not a white!
