They will provide details on how to obtain the access card and PIN for the apartment. I received a prompt response even at 10:30 PM when I discovered several bugs on the floor. They immediately arranged another room for me, although there were still some bugs in the new room, it was not as severe as the original.
This is my second time staying in this apartment due to its proximity to the KL Polo Club. There is a coffee shop downstairs and a good restaurant across the street within the hospital. I hope they can find a better cleaning service for future stays!
