I was sold a large 4-person room. When I arrived, I was given a small 2-person room. There was bloodstains on the bedsheets in one end, and chocolatestains in the other end. The room was extremely warm throughout the night, because the heating on the floor under the bed was on, and no way to switch it off. Opening the window would only keep ud awake with the road noise. I arrived late, so understandably there was nothing to do about this. However, the day after, the reception added me on Whatsapp to resolve the issue. 3 days later they do still not respond, this says it all.
