My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the beautiful, historic Lynwood House in Cobh, IE. Built in the mid 1800’s, the multi-story home is being lovingly updated by its owners, and is tastefully decorated with beautiful antiques. Our 3rd-floor room was large and spacious, with a king-size bed and 2 nice easy chairs, and had a nice view of the water. The ensuite bathroom was modern and spacious. Our host, Fionnuala, was very gracious and helpful, and brought up our bags in the homes lift. She served a very nice continental breakfast. There is quality coffee and tea available in the room. The Lynwood House is right across the street from Cork Harbor and was close enough that we could walk into town to see the sites, visit the Titanic Experience & Cobh Heritage Center, 8 eat a wonderful dinner at The Waters Edge. We highly recommend the Lynwood House!

Lynnwood House is a charming 200 year old house! Our room was spacious, with great sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a fantastic shower. Electric outlets were on both sides on the bed. We got a delicious breakfast of hot croissant and yogurt with homemade granola. This was a surprise, and a great way to start the day. Both Peter and Finn were lovely hosts. Always friendly and responsive and helpful! We hope to return!

Peter was an excellent host, and the views from the harbor-facing rooms were absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our time in Cobh. Thoroughly recommend the coffee shop near Supervalu in the middle of town.

This was the best bed and breakfast we've ever been to and we've stayed in lots of them. Peter and his wife were amazing hosts! And the breakfast was the best one we had on our 8 day trip thru Ireland.. don't hesitate just book this one!

Cosy place with a lovely atmosphere. Very nice hosts who gave us wonderful suggestions to make the most of our (too) short stay in Cork. Peter even managed to book us a table at a fully booked restaurant!

Nice location. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Bathrooms have been upgraded but needed a good cleaning of floors and walls I think. Had a nice view of the harbour. Host was very good and helpful.

Lovely property! Peter and family are welcoming and warm. Junior the dog became our best friend in 2 nights. Cobh and the surrounding area are truly a wonderful place to be so just do it!
