This boutique was everything we could wish for. Our stay was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. We had a great stay at Firenze boutique rooms. The host Riccardo was so helpful and always available if needed to ask any questions. He also checked in to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely staying in the near future.

I recently stayed at Firenze Boutique Rooms in Rome and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights, yet the rooms are incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Firstly the room was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay, it was perfectly situated and easy to walk to from the train station, and was close to many great restaurants etc. Many of the sights of Rome where easily walkable from the apartment. Riccardo our host was most helpful from the monent of booking until we checked out. Check-in was a breeze as was our check out. I highly recommend the apartments.

Room was beautiful. Area was busy, street cleaning at night, 2 am, every night. Only problem was communication about how to get into building and how to find room. Noone on site to help. Luckily we ran into a couple staying there that helped us get in and told us where to go. The room was perfect.

Excellent all around!! Clean, quiet, spacious. Riccardo was available to answer questions and he made sure we had everything we needed! What a lovely experience. The location is perfect- we walked to the Trevi fountain, Colosseum and Vatican museums. Shopping and restaurants all close by. 10/10

The check in process was slow, untimely and ineffective if you happen to be a US citizen. They didn’t send the check in link until I was already traveling and without reliable internet, so checking in took well over an hour some in which was while I was waiting on the street in front of the building (which I was eventually able to enter without a passcode and with no security on the other side). Note - Other places send online check in instructions 1 or more days in advance. Their online check in wouldn’t accept US Department of State as the issuer (it required a city) and for residence information there was no selection for the state, instead they use counties. There is no one on site, at all. It’s an old building that feels deserted with random people coming and going. The rooms are 4 floors up with a creaky old elevator that may or may not work depending on whether people follow the directions. The “hotel rooms” or whatever they call it is a converted space comprising a suite of 5 rooms. Luggage was stored in the “reception” the entire time I was there and never claimed. There was very poor soundproofing between rooms. Street noise was present but not terrible - the noise from other rooms was louder. Hotels are expensive in Rome right now but this was not even close to worth the price they’re charging. On the plus side, the room was spacious, bathroom was fine though no decent toiletries provided, and there’s a good in room coffee maker.
