This is Bed & Breakfast facility first and foremost, not a hotel. At a hotel you should have a reception, be able to buy a beer or a drink. It should contain some kind of lounge where you can sit down and have chat with friends over a glass of wine. Nothing like this can be found at The International Guest House. This is private house adapted into a "hotel" as every room has en suite. Rooms are okay, location is 20 min walk from city centre and there is a breakfast room where the owner serves you an acceptable breakfast plus "anything else, anything at all?". If you ask for a slice of cheese it can´t not be done, though. My somewhat ironically comments are based on this facility ranking as a 4-star Hotel, which is, in my view, not correct. To call it a 4-star Bed & Breakfast is more appropriate and that is not bad at all.
