2/10 Dåligt

Ofräscha kuddar, frukosten bestod av banan apelsin och en bar med nötter i! Väldigt krånglig incheckning! Hotells har försökt kontakta dem om detta men vägrar svara!

Location of the hotel was not from restaurant and shopping to hotel interior from the hallway to the room were very clean. They’re doing some upgrades on the outer appearance of the hotel overall very nice hotel the breakfast of the continental button. I think they could have maybe just a little bit more on the continental breakfast was very basic

I really enjoyed my stay! This is a charming, boutique-style hotel with such a welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and made me feel right at home. (Especially Lourdes!) The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my weeklong stay, including a microwave, which was a nice bonus! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the convention center, Lincoln Road shopping and dining, and even Trader Joe’s. The hotel itself is smaller and quaint, with a nice little pool area. The only minor downside was the hallway carpeting, which was a bit dated and had some staining. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience!

John and Alec were very friendly, helpful and made sure our stay was good. They had ice cold sparling waters at check-in. the area around the pool was nice, the AC worked really good, was convenient location. the bed was comfy, and the room was clean

6/10 Bra

The room was comfortable but a far cry from a "luxury suite" There was a plastic trash can in the room along with a hole in the bathroom wall. There was also a random hair in the bed. Additionally there was a large food or coffee stain in the hallway. I'm not sure if it was old or new. My coffee maker in the room did not work and the "free breakfast" I booked was a grab and go. The luxury label was rather deceptive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker made my stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The initial staff were very good, attentive, welcoming, helpful. However, the late afternoon & evening staff were the opposite. They were unresponsive & reluctant to assist with questions or service! Basically, the difference in the staff behavior completely cancelled a high rating and dropped it to a zero! What a shame, I left with a very poor impression! :-(
