I think if I was going to suggest a very minor suggestion it would be to have a bigger bin but apart from that it was perfect!

Perfect place for a weekend in Edinburgh. Truly a hidden gem. Fabulous room, very clean and well equipped. Within an easy 5 minute walk for the tram to Princes Street. A short walk to the many eateries at the shore in Leith.

Room was very clean and tidy, wasnt a big room, with a wardrobe used for fridge space and tea making stuff, tv was very small, location was good. Never met any staff.

A very nice, newly renovated townhouse in a pleasant residential neighborhood. The room was quite small, and has less storage than you'd think (one half of the wardrobe is taken up by the coffee station), but the amenities were very nice. An easy, safe walk to the TRAM. Perfect for a short stay in Edinburgh!

Amazing stay, the rooms and building is beautiful, lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom. The staff were great with the personal touch as we were staying for a birthday. There is a corner shop nearby, two tram stations a short walk and a cafe opposite. Definitely well worth what you pay
