Overall great stay! Very clean and spacious. I will say the check in process is ridiculous, however. I had parking attached to my reservation so I was emailed a QR code to use. The directions that were sent to me sent me to the wrong parking garage. After I got to the right garage (with help from a parking lot attendant down the road) I get into the garage and it was very confusing. Once I was on the correct level there was no way for me to enter the building to check in…I had to wait with my luggage outside of a locked door when finally a person with key access let me in. My phone was in SOS mode in the parking garage so I couldn’t even call the front desk to let them know. Finally, I get inside and go to what I thought was the front desk but there was a “will return shortly” sign on the desk. As I continued to wait (phone still in SOS mode) I was finally able to call the front desk. The person on the phone then informed me he will come get me that the “front desk” is actually on the 6th floor…huh? He even agreed the whole process was crazy. All in all I really enjoyed the actual apartment and location but due to my check in experience I will not be staying here again. Way too stressful after a day of traveling when you are ready to just relax..
