From the moment you step into the lobby, the stunning waterfall whisks you away to paradise. Santorini Heart exceeded every expectation. I've always loved Santorini and its beautiful hotels, but finding a taxi — especially late at night when you're exhausted and just want to get back — has never been easy. What a relief, and what a pleasure, to stay at a truly luxurious property where everything is within walking distance: town, restaurants, clubs — no logistics, no waiting in line. The pool is beautiful, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. We'll absolutely be back and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

An absolutely wonderful stay made truly unforgettable by the incredible staff. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and luxurious, but it was the warmth and genuine care of the team that made my trip so special. A particular thank you to Dina (Konstantina), who was exceptional from start to finish. She was so warm, thoughtful and accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible trip. Her kindness made the experience feel incredibly personal. I have several food allergies, which can make travelling stressful, but the way the team looked after me was amazing. The pool staff took such care to make sure I could safely enjoy food and drinks, while the kitchen went as far as inventing and adapting meals especially for me. I never once felt like my allergies were an inconvenience — everyone simply wanted to make sure I could enjoy my holiday fully, which meant so much. There are many beautiful hotels, but it’s the people who make somewhere truly memorable. Thank you to Dina, the pool and kitchen teams, and every member of staff who made me feel so welcome and cared for. Exceptional hospitality and a genuinely special experience. I would return in a heartbeat.
