Stayed for 3 nights with friends.
Room:
The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. Bed was comfortable, but the blanket was kind of small for 2 persons on the double bed. Lack of outlets, you have to remove the lamp and tv etc. to charge your phones. Wifi was good, they have one wifi spot for every room.
Location:
The hotel is located just 5 min from city centre. The terrace has a great view for taking pictures during hot balloon sunrise.
Service:
The staff was polite and friendly, but I had problem with the support online. I sent an email my stay to fix a transfer from airport to the hotel, but I never received any reply, so I had to contact other transfer service.
Breakfast:
The breakfast was good, tasty, freshly made, and a variety of food if you arrive early. If you arrive late, like 9 am, it's not refilled well enough.
