We were super happy about the room, parking and check-in. Unfortunately we decided to order food to the room, the hotel has no kitchen so they partner with an italian restaurant on the corner for this. The pastas that were delivered were not only expensive, but also completely uneatable. Big glued together globs of unseasoned starch that reminded more about porridge that pasta. The restaurant also adds an automatic 20% tip to the tab. Noone in the family could eat it and i had to go to the local grocery store (conveniently located just around the corner) to get something else. When we tell the staff about this the next day, they don't seem to want to do anything about it at all. I suppose its because the restaurant and hotel are separate companies, but they really should not recommend a place that delivers expensive junk. This soured our stay. On the positive side, the hotels system to be able to ask questions by text message is genius.
