As we just wanted a place to keep our stuff and sleep, it was good. Small, but that's expected since it's in Hong Kong. The beds were comfortable, there was AC, a kettle (which was good, as there is no clean tap water in HK), and wifi. No trouble with hot water in shower. Toothbrush and tooth paste is offered and refilled whenever the room service is there, as well as new towels. Very close to Mong Kok MTR station.
The only thing that I could complain a little about was that there was no one at the reception when we arrived. There was a phone outside, but all the instructions were in Chinese. We took a guess and called one of the numbers, then we had to wait for quite a while (20 mins, maybe) before someone came and gave us the keys for our room. They were super nice though, very helpful and friendly.
If you want a nice room to sleep in and keep your stuff, this is perfect!
