Restaurant needs to go shopping
The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff are extremely nice. The building looks new. Another good thing is that there is wifi.
The bad parts though are non-working air conditioning which can make the room very hot, some staff in the reception looked annoyed and finally: how the restaurant works. We are traveling with a baby and a 3-year old girl which made it very annoying to wait a whole hour for some eggs and juice almost every day during 10 days. One day the waiter told us that they went to the shop to buy eggs as they had run out of stuff. The other days, many stuff had "run out"'and they could offer neither ham, bacon, orange juice and most fruits. Every morning you need to hand in a breakfast voucher. We had got all of them except for the last day. When we told this in reception it was a big procedure to just get one. I was first told that it was needed an "internal investigation" and I needed to speak with someone else.
