After check-in, we had entered the room which smells moisture/mildew ; we could NOT find any water-glass in the bathroom so I went downstair and the old lady was upset about the maid ( who forgot to put in the water glass ) and quickly gave me a mug she found in a pile of glassware ; I did not look at the mug but as I reached my room , my wife was upset & showed me the dark matters at the bottom of the mug.
So I went downstair a second time and the old lady , with a cold face , told me to grab another mug sitting on top of a water fountain .... and that mug was probably used the whole day already....
I was so upset about it & politely told the old lady to forget about the water-glass or mug ...
THERE WAS NO SENSE OF SERVICE IN THAT OLD LADY.
The next day, we checked OUT ( even we had prepaid for 5 days )
It was a bad hotel and the old couple has no sense of service and the facilities are in such bad shape and need upgrades & improvements.
Unless drastic improvements are made, it would be a great DISSERVICE to future customers of hotels.com.
