The hotel was very cozy and more like a small village than a proper hotel. Surrounded by lots of beautiful trees we had our breakfast ordered right to our veranda. Four different choices on the menu, both local food and typical toast and egg. All very good!
The swimming pool was fresh with cool water.
The staff was very friendly and helped us arrange things for our best, for example we got our breakfast earlier when we had to leave early for an adventure.
The surroundings seemed to be similar to what the other hotels had, except from the ones beachfront. We had a road outside (didn't find it disturbing from the hotel) and the cars were hooting a lot which we found a bit disturbing, but that doesn't matter for the location of the hotel. A walk for about 20-25 minutes to the beach (passing a great ice cream Place - Massimo!) and about 45 minutes walk to the night market, with great and cheap food. Otherwise you'll find many restaurants along the street, everywhere! Taxis are easy to find.
All toghether, a great place which we would recommend! The hotel was a nice and quiet place to rest at, with air condition highly appreciated!
