I'm a frequent traveler, do to work, who frequently requires/requests last minute travel prepping and arrangements.
I was awaiting a pre-booked flight out of state and needed a location near the airport with shuttle service but everything was either booked for that day or had exorbitantly high rates... because, this was a last minute arrangement. So my plan was to get a room for the night to game plan and lock something somewhere closer in until my departure. To make this long story short, I ended up booking a week out here at WoodSprings-Conroe even though this location doesn't offer airport shuttle service and isn't the closest to the airport. Why? THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A-1; ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN; THE HOTEL WAS WELL UP KEPT; THE RESIDENTS THERE WERE MOSTLY LONG-TERM SO THE ENVIRONMENT WAS FRIENDLY; GREAT PROXIMITY TO SHOPPING/FOOD...with the deciding factor being the front desk worker, SCHERRAY, and her supervisor CHRISTINA! They were accommodating and made sure that my stay here was as comfortable as possible!!! My guest experience outweighed all other intangibles and I'm happy to have made the decision to stay!
