6/10 Bra

Nice and clean, but far from the beach.
Bella Rosa is a family driven small hotel. The owner, Costas, is extremely service minded and kind. We were (from Hotels.com) promised a fridge in the room, but Costas said it is strange because double bed rooms isn't equipped with fridge. Only studios are. But he fixed one, and put it in our room.
Every morning he fixed us a very nice and tasty breakfast with bacon, fried eggs, grilled haloumi, tomatoes, toast and coffee.
The hotel is small, charming with small but clean rooms. All with AC.
There is only one drawback. The hotel is located quite far from the closest beach. The walk takes about 15 minutes in burning sun. And to get into the closest city, Peigia, i recommend a cab or the local bus. But the bus stop is close to the beach, so you have to do that walk anyway.
When we left to Paphos airport, Costas offered us the transfer for a much lower cost than a cab. So, if you fly to Paphos and need transfer to Bella Rosa. Just send Costas a mail and he will arrange both pick up at the airport and get you back there too. It will be much cheaper than a cab.
(I checked with Costas and he said it was ok for me to write about the transfer).
Shortly:
Nice, clean and cheap hotel with excellent service and breakfast.
But If you plan to spend your days on the beach, you must be ready to walk a lot.
