A stunning, colorful hotel with views
Isla de Flores is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've every stayed at.
It's such a cute hotel filled with color. It has it's own restaurant, bakery/coffee shop and 2 bars, all in different styles and very colorful. Whoever decorated this hotel knew what they were doing. Is absolutely love all the colors.
The top floor of the hotel has views over the lake. My Juliette balcony opened up to a very nice view of the rooftops and lake. There is a bit of noice from the rooftop bar and pool area, but fortunately they did close fairly early.
The room was very clean and they changed the towels every day.
For access it might be hard, since there's no elevator as far as I know. And all the rooms are 1-3 floors up.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. When I got there I had problems with my card, so they opened up a credit, in order for me to pay later. They helped me organize a private boat tour of the lake to see the sunset which was amazing, and they were very helpful in terms of where to go for vegetarian food.
If I ever go back to Flores this is defythe hotel I'll stay at. I absolutely recommend it.
