Horrible experience, would not recommend.
Everything was bad from start to finish. Saw a prostitute in the hotel on the first day. They gave us the wrong rooms, when we complained and changed rooms we got rooms that smell. The walls are paper thing and the door frame kept falling off. We woke up with bites from bed bugs. The stairs are very small, the elevator is very small and only goes up to the second floor which meant we had to carry our heavy bag up and down. The rooms are not equipped with basic necessities. The staff is rude and unhelpful, except for Luka. You can hear people out on the streets no matter where your room is located. I will never pick this hotel again, they claim to be a three star hotel but only deserve one. Watch out for the expensive city tax. We ordered a taxi a day before for our airport ride and almost came late to our flight because they had not ordered it for us. Overall not worth the expensive stay, you can get a much better hotel for the same price or cheaper.
