The hotel failed to advertise or wven advise me BEFORE my arrival that there was no electricity, elevator, breakfast, wifi or internet. i never recieved any notice. no email, call or text. It was only when i arrived qnd was offered a refund if i didnt want to stay. Note to manager: Notify guests BEFORE BOOKING AND PAYMENT, OR AT LEAST GIVE THEM THE COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL. not just wait until they arrive to inform them.
no aircon or electricity for most of the day. at least you should have offered a partial refund. INSTEAD ibwas charged full price.
The staff was doing the best they could. Its the managers fault. Ive stayed there before with good experience. But this is likely my last stay due to poor service.
