Looks great but lacks professional service
Had a layover stay of one night and choose Juno. New and fresh hotel that looks and feels luxurious, but lacks in service.
I tried emailing them 3 times over 10 days before my visit regarding a airport transfer but never got an answer. Not good.
We come in to the lobby, it's full of packages and luggage. Like I have been in full hotels but this lobby was severely overpacked with packages and luggage. Really ruins the atmosphere.
After checking in we are given, what I presume to be a stolen airport trolley, that barely fits the elevator. Why don't you have a proper luggage cart and at least offer to bring bags to the room?
We ask for a late check-out, here there is some communication miss as we hear the woman saying it's 125000 rp extra, which is fine since we are asking to stay an extra 3 hours. But when we go to check out this is now 325000? That's half of what a full night costs for an extra 3 hours. The hotel manager stands near but doesn't comment when u question the receptionist.
We ordered a airport transfer from the hotel, it was 250000, which is a lot. But then I assume we'll get a nice car, instead a beat up old car pulls up. If you order through TravelLoka you can get a new fresh almost limousine for around 110-150000, so if you are going to overcharge like this for your airport transfer then update it.
All in all, new and fresh but lacks service touch. Good thing Jakarta has so many hotels.
