We stayed one week with our two year old child. Urkia is well kept, clean and staff are very friendly. It is also ideally situated close to beaches, buses bars, restaurants and a grocery store across the street. For others with a stroller it could be good to know that there is an elevator. However to reach it from the ground floor you walk up two half-flights of stairs, then take the elevator to the third floor and walk down a half-flight of stairs to reach Urkia. We were not bothered by this.
Our one issue is perhaps that it became warm and moist in the room. If we chose to leave the balcony door open during the night for cooler air, the problem would instead be noise and traffic from the street outside. There was a fan on the table, which made it a little better, but I would have preferred air conditioning as it was still moist.
