After spending 6 days in San Francisco and Washington DC we arrived to Miami Beach for our remaining 6 days of our honeymoon.
The first thing we saw when we stepped into the lobby was a big warm smile.
The first 2 nights we didn't sleep many hours. There was loud music and a lot of traffic outside. This is obviously not something that the hotel can control, but we mentioned it to the front desk staff. Before I had finished my sentence, a new much quieter room had been arranged. A perfect example of great customer service.
There are always things that doesn’t work out as expected, that's how it is with everything in life. But it's how you handle and solve problems that is the key. All questions and small "problems" were taken care of and fixed immediately.
We visited the hotel restaurant twice, and both times felt like magic. Fantastic food, lovely environment, and the service…wow!!! Our waiters (Fabio and Dale) were something else. They were amazing and charming persons that really took their time to explain and recommend what we should try on the menu. This is a restaurant that we definitely would recommend!
Every single member of the staff we interacted with was warm, friendly, relaxed in a natural way. You can tell that they like their workplace and they take customer service to a whole new level.
Big shout out to Kelly, Brandon, Marissa, Fabio, and Dale, your service was outstanding. We'll be back for sure!
